The Beidou high-precision positioning smart helmet THM-10 adopts the 4G Cat1 communication scheme and integrates the Beidou third-generation high-precision RTK positioning module. The helmet body adopts an integrated design, the communication method adopts TCP/IP, and supports the JT808 protocol. Beidou high-precision positioning smart helmet has built-in Beidou third-generation RTK high-precision module, which supports GPS L1, BDS B1 (including Beidou third-generation), and QZSS L1 multi-system joint positioning. When connected to the differential service provided by the Beidou differential base station, the positioning accuracy can reach centimeter level. The helmet has built-in system resources such as voice broadcast and gravity sensor, which is convenient for customers to define project functions.

3. Support silent alarm, drop alarm function

When a person does not move in one place for a long time, the operator falls or is severely hit, the helmet and the background will alarm, and the background needs to cooperate with the development.

4. Support hat off alarm, danger rescue function

The helmet has a built-in SOS rescue system, which is convenient for operators to be rescued in time when they encounter danger; at the same time, it has a built-in light sensor. During working hours, if the operator takes off his hat, the platform and equipment will issue a hat-off alarm prompt; the built-in Beidou RTK high Accuracy algorithm, providing centimeter-level elevation information in real time, monitoring ground clearance in real time and making corresponding early warning functions, which requires background development.

5. Support electronic fence, track playback function

The management terminal can create an electronic fence to prohibit people wearing helmets from going out or entering, which is convenient for management and improves the safety of operators; the management terminal can view the movement trajectory of each operator in a certain period of time, record the operation path of the personnel, and trace the historical progress of the operation.

6. Support lighting, TTS voice broadcast, public network intercom function

The product has built-in 1W high-brightness LED lighting, which supports lighting during night operations, and supports sound and light alarm functions; it supports text delivery from the platform and voice broadcast on the device side; it supports single call, group call, and multi-group switching.

7. Support remote configuration

Differential account, reporting frequency, platform IP and other information can be configured remotely.

8. Support to adjust work/slep mode

The helmet has a built-in 4000mAH battery by default, and adopts low-power design technology. The working default of the helmet can be defined according to the working time or motion state, such as continuous work or slep mode.
